What are the hours of your reservation desk? Our reservation desk is open daily 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time) year round.

What are your rental hours? 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Snowcoach tours approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Is insurance required? Insurance is optional and as follows: liquid RMKs $12.00/day, $500 deductible. All others $9.00/day, $300 deductible.

How much is the Yellowstone Park entrance fee? $15 per snowmobile, $10 per snowcoach seat (subject to change).

Shall I snowcoach or snowmobile Yellowstone National Park?

Do your snowmobiles have heaters? Heaters and thumbwarmers are standard on all our models.

Do you offer box lunches? Box lunches are available for $9.00 each (ham, turkey, roast beef, or veggie).

What is your cancellation policy? We require 20 days notice for a full refund. Groups require 45 days notice.

Do you offer transportation? We offer daily, round trip transportation from Big Sky via our Krystal 32 passenger luxury coach.

Do you offer snowmobile clothing rental? Ski clothing may be warm enough if temperatures are moderate, although they will smell of snowmobile exhaust. We recommend our clothing package: helmet, snowmobile suit, gloves and boots for $15.00/day.

Do you guarantee reservations? A valid credit card is required on all services for all dates.

How far is Big Sky from West Yellowstone? Just over an hour away.

Are there snowmobile trails outside the Park? There are 350 miles of groomed, well marked and patrolled trails adjacent to Yellowstone National Park. And guides are not required!

Are snowmobile trail maps available? Maps are available for all local areas. All trails are clearly marked and groomed.

Do you offer any snowmobile orientation? A free orientation is provided for each rental.

Do you provide fuel for your snowmobiles? All rates include the first tank of gas free daily.

Is food available along the trails? Food is available along most trails, or ask about a box lunch.

Do I have to wear a helmet? Helmets are required when snowmobiling.

Can more than two people ride a snowmobile? No triple riding is allowed on snowmobiles. Please see Snowcoach Yellowstone for more than two riders.
